Terms of service

The operating rules presented when a person accepts an invitation to OSKA.

Version

Status date
Draft issued 20 July 2026
Legal review required

This is a controlled operational draft. Owner and Australian legal counsel approval is required before commercial onboarding. It is not presented as approved legal advice or final contract wording.

1. Status and scope

These draft terms describe how an invited person may use the OSKA account and service workspace supplied by Aussie Websites.

A signed proposal, quote, order or service agreement may contain additional commercial terms. Where wording conflicts, the executed document and the final counsel-approved terms must identify which wording controls.

2. Account access

Access is personal to the invited address and is limited by the role assigned to that person. Users should keep credentials and recovery methods secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access through their normal Aussie Websites support channel.

OSKA records security and business audit events so authorised operators can investigate access and important changes.

3. Requests, approvals and actions

OSKA coordinates projects, support, billing and approved integrations. Viewing a draft, recommendation or preview does not itself authorise a purchase or irreversible action.

Actions remain subject to the permissions, approval gates and confirmation steps shown in the application. Separate proposals, quotes and orders are accepted only through their explicit acceptance flow.

4. Service information and changes

Current service evidence and public notices are published on the System status page. No availability commitment is created by this draft page.

When a material approved term or privacy document changes, OSKA should issue a new immutable version and request fresh acceptance where required. Historical acceptance evidence is retained according to the approved retention schedule.

5. Review gate

The owner must confirm the contracting entity, governing law, payment, suspension, termination, liability, warranty and dispute wording with Australian legal counsel before this version can be marked approved.
