Accessibility statement
The current accessibility target, evidence boundary and known validation gaps.
OSKA targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement does not claim WCAG conformance: a complete independent and manual audit has not yet been completed.
Our target
The application is being designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Automated checks are part of the release suite, but automated results alone cannot establish conformance.
Current evidence
Public legal, sign-in, invitation and status routes are covered by automated semantic and serious-impact checks in supported light and dark themes. Product components also include focused accessibility tests.
Keyboard-only navigation, focus order, zoom and reflow, screen-reader use, voice controls, complex data views and third-party content still require documented manual validation before a conformance claim can be considered.
Known limitations
The current limitation is evidence completeness: the team has not yet completed the full representative-route manual audit or an independent assessment. Embedded or linked third-party services may have separate accessibility characteristics.
Report a barrier
If you use OSKA and encounter an accessibility barrier, raise a Support request or contact your existing Aussie Websites service contact. Include the page, task, assistive technology and what happened if you can. The owner must confirm a public accessibility contact and response process before this statement is approved.
